After-sales response

1) Lifetime warranty after acceptance, free warranty within one year. The quality of the product itself is included in the free items, and other damage caused by improper use such as collisions is not included in the free items, and appropriate materials and working hours must be charged.

2) After the warranty period expires, I will continue to repair and collect materials and working hours.

3) The execution procedure of the maintenance plan: After the installation is completed, the following information will be compiled and archived.

★ List of materials actually used for installation
★ Installation completion date
★ Regular return visits every year, records of problems found and measures taken during the return visit

4) We will reply within 2 hours after receiving the user's product damage notification, and arrive at the site within 24 hours to eliminate the fault. If the site cannot be eliminated, it will be resolved as soon as possible based on the actual situation.
