1. Oil circuit
In terms of oil circuit, the lubrication of coil paper rewinding and slitting machine is an important part of equipment maintenance. Keeping the oil path of the paper machine unblocked is related to the lubrication of the moving parts of the entire machine. It is necessary to replace the engine oil and clean the oil circuit filter device regularly, so that the oil flowing into the pipeline does not contain impurities and avoid partial oil circuit blockage. Especially the needle roller bearings supporting the drum of a unit, if there is no lubricating and cooling of oil, the bearing and the drum shaft will be dry-frictioned for a long time. When an abnormality is found, the shaft and the inner ring of the bearing have been glued. If it is light, replace the inner ring; if it is serious, the roller shaft is seriously damaged.

2. Mechanical angle
From a mechanical point of view, only when equipment operators strengthen maintenance to keep the mechanical moving parts of the machine clean and lubricated, and operate flexibly, can the technical performance of the equipment be fully utilized and the equipment kept in good condition. Different multi-color offset printing machines, the installation method of the pressure regulating worm seat is also different: one is that the fixing bolt of the fixing seat is fixed and locked from the outside to the machine wall (easy to assemble and disassemble); the other is that the fixing bolt is from the machine wall It is locked outward (most of them use this method), the space is narrow, and it is difficult to assemble, disassemble and maintain. If the machine personnel understand this point, maintain it frequently, keep it clean, and remove the ink accumulated on the machine in time, then there is no need to frequently replace the bearing seat and worm seat. This can not only reduce downtime, improve production efficiency, but also save replacement costs for spare parts.
