This SLC series slitting rewinding machine mainly used to cut laminated paper,plastic film
roll material. It adopt the gantry frame structure,air slip friction rewinding shafts,three servo motors,automatic web edge guider system,semi automatic knife adjustment system as optional. Feature:
1. The machine body adopt 60mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2. Gantry fram structure can transmit web material from upper into machine,anti-dust stick to the surface of material. It also give operator enough space to splice paper and easy to adjust slitting knives.
3. The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
4. SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
5. Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the motherroll and automatically adjust the output tension.
6.The rewinding shafts adopt the air friction shafts,which can separately control tension in the each slitting rolls in the shafts.
7. The rewinding rolls be pressed by the nip rollers,which can better to rewind the finished rolls. The finished rolls edge will more flat and neat,more tight.
8. The web guider system automatic detect the web edge and adjust position,which can improve the slitting accuracy.
9. Slitting knives: Manual adjust slitting knives position to get slitting width. The semi automatic knife adjustment system is optional.
