Inspection Laminate Film Rewinding Machine
MODEL: HSJ-1350A
This rewinder automatically performs product inspction of stock, which has been printed on one side, by the defect dtection equipment.
Capable of dia.800mm roll for Unwinder, lift up/down by dydraulic cylinder
Automatic tension control system and Edge postion control system are installed.
Sub switch box for efficiency operation.
Inspection Mode
1) Automatic mode
when a defect is detected, the machine reduces its speed until it stops rewinding , then the film is automatically rewound back and the defect area stops over an inspection plate for visual examination.
2) Semi-automatic mode
When a defect is detected , the machine doesn't reduce its speed but keep inspecting .
After rewinding , you can rewind back the defect area one by one.
